To add a word or phrase to the list of editable keywords, type the word in the edit box to the left, then click this button (or press Return).
To delete the selected keyword or phrase from the list of editable keywords, click this button (or press Command + D).
To replace the selected keyword or phrase with the word or phrase in the edit box, click this button (or press Command + R).
To close the dialog box without saving changes, click this button (or press Command + . (period)).
To confirm changes and close the dialog box, click this button (or press Command + Return).
Extracted keywords list
Contains keywords taken from the item’s source file and cannot be edited using Fetch. To omit when adding or updating, uncheck “Extract Keywords” in the “Add/Update Options” dialog box.
Editable keywords list
Contains the editable keywords currently assigned to the selected item. Can be modified by administrators and by other users at the administrator’s discretion.
Pencil icon indicates that keywords in list below cannot be edited using Fetch.
Use this edit box to type or paste the word or phrase (up to 31 characters long) that you want to add or replace.
Fetch parses multiple-word entries into individual keywords. Fetch ignores case when searching by keyword.
